MonikaDimova is not responsible if the newsletters are not delivered to their destination, although it makes every effort with ISPs (Internet Service Providers) for their delivery. In case the user no longer wishes to receive informative newsletters or wishes to be deleted altogether from the website’s information delivery system, he may inform the Company using the website’s contact form or via the corresponding link that appears in the newsletters he receives. Ways of delivery
Orders are shipped exclusively by courier. When registering the order, the customer selects the postal address to which he wishes to send his order, in the section delivery. Once the registration of the order is completed, an email is automatically sent to the customer with the analysis of his order.

Order Shipping Expenses 

Charging shipping costs: for orders within Europe the cost depends on the country.

For orders outside Europe, the customer is charged with shipping costs € 40 (including VAT) per order for shipment.

Any return of the goods must be completed within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt and must be made through the courier company cooperating with the online store at the customer’s expense, based on the existing pricing policy. If the product is found to be defective, the customer may request either a refund (plus courier costs) or replacement of the product (plus courier costs again).

In case of a non-defective product , it is possible to return it if: (a) An email to [email protected] is written regarding the return and the product is sent to MonikaDimova through the courier company that cooperates with the online store. The return of the product must be completed within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt and (b) the items and package have not been violated and are in their original condition. The products haven’t been worn outside, altered or washed and are with the price tag attached. In this case the customer is charged with shipping costs.
Returns are sent exclusively to “address of the company”. No refunds are accepted at another company address.

Amendments to the Service
The online store reserves the right to modify the services provided or to suspend the provision of them temporarily or permanently, with or without notice. In any case that the Customer makes use of the services of the online store, it is considered that he has unconditionally accepted these terms of use and unreservedly acknowledges that the online store is not liable to the customer for any modification, postponement or cessation of service.
