Shipping Within Europe
Monika Dimova offers free shipping for any sales for the territory of Europe. Deliveries can be expected to arrive within 1-3 business days from the time of shipment. However, our
clothes are handmade to order. Please allow 1-2 weeks for the making and delivery of your order to your desired place once purchased. Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will
receive an email with a unique tracking number available for
you to track your parcel.
The normal method of delivery (unless specifically agreed otherwise) is Express shipping. However, our clothes are handmade and are made-to-measure for each individual client. The manufacturing time of them is from 8-10 days. The client will receive their order between 10-14 working days. Deliveries are sent during normal business hours between Monday and Friday. Once your order has been dispatched, you
will receive an email containing shipping confirmation, your
tracking number and a link to the tracking portal for the courier service being used for your shipment. In case of any delay to processing times, you will be notified by
- Delivery to European countries: 1-3 days.
- Delivery to USA and CA: 2-5 days.
- Delivery to the rest of the world: 3-6 days.
We offer worldwide shipping. Monika Dimova’s policy in shipping for countries outside the European Union is 40€ per shipment.
Regulations for import duties and taxes differ from country to
country. Our company has no control over these charges and
cannot predict their amount. The client will be responsible for
payment of any such import duties and taxes. The Client is therefore advised to contact the local customs office for further information before placing the order.
At the time of delivery, the Client shall be required to check:
- That the number of packages delivered corresponds to the number shown on the delivery note.
- That the packaging is intact, not damaged, or wet or spoiled, including with reference to the materials used for sealing (adhesive tape or metallic strapping). Any damage to the packaging and/or to the product or any lack of correspondence in the number of packages or the details, must be notified immediately by indicating the nature of the problem on the delivery note for the product, which shall be returned to the carrier. Any problems with reference to the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the goods received must be notified within 7 days of delivery, in accordance with the methods set out in this document.
