Returns & Exchange Policy
Monika Dimova is a made-to-measure brand.
This means that each order regardless of the sizing, is made and produced exclusively and individually for every client.
For this reason, we are unable to accept returns.
We are more than happy to offer our clients a special alteration service.
– Once you receive your order, if you wish to have it altered in any way, please contact one of our customer support team at email@example.com and they will provide you with the instructions on how and where to send your package.
– Items sent back to us without first requesting an alteration service will not be accepted.
– The return for alteration shipping fees are not covered by Monika Dimova.
– Please note that Monika Dimova cannot accept responsibility for goods that fail to reach the provided address. Therefore, we request that you use a tracked and signed-for shipping method from your local postal service. Please retain your tracking ID in the event that proof of postage is required.
Returns & Exchange Policy
You must request an exchange or return within 12 days of receiving your order. You may return or exchange your online purchase in the following circumstances:
1. If the Seller has failed to deliver the parcel within 27 days after the date of the order.
2. In the case of faulty goods at the earliest opportunity after the Buyer has discovered the fault or defect
(no longer than 12 days after receipt).
3. All orders for products are subject to availability and in this regard, in the event of supply difficulties or because products are no longer in stock, we reserve the right to give you information about substitute products of an equal or higher quality and value which you can order. If you do not wish to order such substitute products, we will refund the amount of money that you may have paid.
Transport expenses (and any customs duty, if applicable) arising
from the return of the goods shall be borne exclusively by the Client. Until confirmation of receipt by the Company is given, liability for transport shall be borne solely by the Client;
If the goods are damaged in transit, the Company (Monika Dimova) will notify the Client, in order that the Client may promptly lodge a complaint against the courier that was used and obtain appropriate compensation; the product shall then be made available to the Client, at the same time as cancelling the request for termination;
Monika Dimova will not be liable in any way for damage, theft or loss that occurs during or as a result of a shipment made for the purposes of returning goods.

Refund / Terms of Return
One of our customer support team will contact you as soon as we have received and inspected your returned item(s). Once approved, refunds will be credited back to the original payment method minus the original shipping costs.
Refunds are processed as soon as possible after they have been received by us, and you will receive confirmation immediately, however, please allow 5-7 business days for any refunds to appear back on your original payment method as we have no control over your banks processing times which can vary.

Terms of return:
In order to cancel, the product must be complete and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging, any documentation and accessories: cards, seals, etc.)
Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn outside, altered or washed. All tags must remain in place. Every garment shipped has a tag attached. Once this tag has been removed, the garment is no longer returnable.
Please note items received outside of the specified returns period will not be accepted. Once the items have been received they will undergo a quality review. Once cleared, you will either receive your new item (for exchanges) or refund at purchase price directly to the method of payment used for purchase.
In any case, the Client will not have the right to cancel should we discover any of the following:
– that the returned product and/or its accessories, and/or its packaging are not intact;
– that the product is without its external package and or the original internal packaging;
– that the product is missing some of its integral parts and/or accessories (for eg., fastenings, ties,
– Should the right to cancel be invalid, Monika Dimova will arrange to return the purchased product to the sender, debiting the shipping costs from the same and, if already refunded, the price of the product.
