Returns & Exchange Policy
In order to request an exchange or return, the Client shall send
notification to the following email address: email@example.com within 10 days of receiving their order.
The Client may return or exchange their online purchase in the
1. If the Seller has failed to deliver the parcel within 27 days after the date of the order.
2. In the case of faulty goods at the earliest opportunity after the Buyer has discovered the fault or defect (no longer than 12 days after receipt).
3. All orders for products are subject to availability and in this
regard, in the event of supply difficulties or because products
are no longer in stock, we reserve the right to give the Client
information about substitute products of an equal or higher
quality and value which they can order. If they do not wish to
order such substitute products, we will refund the amount of money that the Client may have paid.
Transport expenses (and any customs duty, if applicable) arising
from the return of the goods shall be borne exclusively by the
Client. Until confirmation of receipt by the Company is given, liability for transport shall be borne solely by the Client;
Should the goods be damaged in transit, the Company (Monika Dimova) shall notify the Client, in order that the Client may promptly lodge a complaint against the courier that was used and obtain appropriate compensation; the product shall then be made available to the Client, at the same time as cancelling the request for termination;
Monika Dimova shall not be liable in any way for damage, theft or loss that occurs during or as a result of a shipment made for the purposes of returning goods.
Terms of Return / Refund
In order to cancel, the product must be complete and returned
in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging, any documentation and accessories: cards, seals, etc.)
Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn outside, altered or washed. All tags must remain in place.Every garment shipped has a tag attached. Once this tag has been removed, the garment is no longer returnable.
Please note items received outside of the specified returns period will not be accepted. Once the items have been received they will undergo a quality review. Once cleared, you will either receive your new item (for exchanges) or refund at purchase price directly to the method of payment used for purchase. Please allow 10 working days for returns to be processed.
In any case, the Client will not have the right to cancel should we discover any of the following:
– that the returned product and/or its accessories, and/or its
packaging are not intact;
– that the product is without its external package and or the
original internal packaging; – that the product is missing some of its integral parts and/or accessories (for eg., fastenings, ties,
– Should the right to cancel be invalid, Monika Dimova will
arrange to return the purchased product to the sender, debiting
the shipping costs from the same and, if already refunded, the
price of the product.
